Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy is issued by PRZC Research Limited, an International Business Company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles on 1st April 2025 (Registration No. 245866). References to "we", "us", or "PRZC Research" in this policy refer to PRZC Research Limited.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. We are not subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Where you are a resident of a jurisdiction with mandatory data protection laws, you accept our Seychelles-law framework as a condition of using our services.

2. What We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services:

• Account data: Name, email address, company name, and phone number provided at registration.
• Authentication data: Hashed password, session identifiers, and (if enabled) a hashed remember-me token. We never store plaintext passwords.
• Order and transaction data: Report commissions, credit purchases, subscription details, Monero payment references, and order status history.
• Expert network data: Telegram chat ID (stored only if you voluntarily link your Telegram account to initiate a consultation). This is used solely to route messages through our anonymous relay. Your real identity is never disclosed to contributors.
• Referral data: Your referral code and the codes of any users who referred you, used to calculate and award referral credits.
• Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.

We do not collect payment card data. Monero transactions are pseudonymous by design; we store only the PRZC-generated wallet addresses and expected amounts, not any data about your personal Monero wallet.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Delivering commissioned reports and managing your account
• Processing subscription billing and credit transactions
• Routing Expert Network consultations via Telegram relay
• Sending transactional communications (order confirmations, renewal reminders, report delivery)
• Sending service update emails where you have not opted out
• Detecting and preventing fraud and unauthorised access
• Complying with lawful orders from Seychelles courts or regulatory authorities

4. Expert Network Anonymity

Within the Expert Network, your account identity (name, email) is never disclosed to contributors. The Telegram relay routes messages via a bot intermediary. PRZC Research holds your Telegram chat ID for message routing only; this identifier is not shared with contributors. Contributors operate under pseudonyms and their real identities are not disclosed to members.

Note: PRZC Research does hold your account identity for service delivery purposes. The anonymity guarantee applies within the consultation channel — not to PRZC Research's own records.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With payment processors and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations
• With Telegram's platform for the purposes of message relay (subject to Telegram's own privacy policy)
• In response to a lawful order from a Seychelles court or competent authority
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, with the successor entity bound by equivalent privacy terms

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, plus 3 years thereafter for dispute resolution and compliance purposes. Order records are retained for 7 years. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@przc.re; deletion requests for active accounts will be processed within 30 days subject to any retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under Seychelles law and as a matter of PRZC Research's policy, you may:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-transactional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@przc.re

8. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate geographic location, and referral sources. GA4 data is used to improve the website experience and understand content engagement. GA4 may set cookies on your browser; you can opt out by adjusting your browser's cookie settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use essential cookies for authentication (session management, remember-me tokens) and a consent preference cookie (przc_consent). These are strictly necessary for site functionality and are not used for tracking.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed using PHP's PASSWORD_DEFAULT algorithm (bcrypt). Remember-me tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Data files are stored on access-controlled servers. No security measure is infallible; we will notify affected users without undue delay in the event of a breach affecting their personal data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance.
