PRZC Research is a trading name of PRZC Research Limited, an International Business Company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles on 1st April 2025 (Registration No. 245866). The company provides research and intelligence services delivered through the website przc.re. Website hosting and domain infrastructure are provided by a separate technology services company.

Regulatory Status

PRZC Research Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (UK), the Securities and Exchange Commission (US), the European Securities and Markets Authority (EU), the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), or any other financial regulatory body in any jurisdiction.

PRZC Research does not hold any licence to provide: investment advice, investment management, securities dealing, brokerage, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial service. Nothing published on this website or delivered as part of any PRZC Research service constitutes regulated financial advice or a personal recommendation to invest.

Nature of Research Output

All research reports, analysis, market commentary, and intelligence outputs produced by PRZC Research are:

• Informational and analytical in nature
• Based on publicly available data, proprietary analytical frameworks, and independently sourced expert insight
• Not tailored to the investment objectives, financial situation, or risk appetite of any specific recipient
• Not a solicitation to buy or sell any security, asset, or financial instrument

Recipients of any PRZC Research output should conduct their own due diligence and, where appropriate, seek advice from a licensed financial professional in their own jurisdiction before making any financial decision.

Independence Policy

PRZC Research operates without a mandate from any corporate client, issuer, or institutional investor. We do not accept payment from companies or entities that are the subject of our published research. We do not structure our conclusions to protect client relationships.

PRZC Research personnel may hold personal positions in publicly listed securities. Where a member of the research team holds a position in a security covered in a report, this will be disclosed at the end of that report. PRZC Research does not coordinate trading activity with research publication.

Expert Network Disclosures

The PRZC Expert Network connects members with independent sector contributors via an anonymous Telegram relay. The following disclosures apply:

• Contributors are independent individuals, not employees or agents of PRZC Research. PRZC Research does not verify, endorse, or warrant any statement made during a consultation.
• PRZC Research explicitly prohibits the sharing of material non-public information (MNPI) through the Expert Network. Participation constitutes acknowledgement of this prohibition.
• Consultations are not recorded or monitored by PRZC Research. Neither party's identity is disclosed to the other.
• Payment for expert consultations is settled in Monero (XMR), a privacy-preserving cryptocurrency. PRZC Research operates as a facilitator and escrow; it is not an exchange or custodian of cryptocurrency assets.
